Caregiving Reimagined: Stronger Together Focus Group

Dr. Karen WIllfahrt, Director and Founder of Life Journey Partners of America, Inc, will facilitate an ongoing Focus Group discussion addressing strategies that we as a community and Fountain Hills Chamber members can empower caregivers and provide needed support to grow the number of hired caregivers needed to care for those who require care. Many of those in attendance at the August Focus Group were interested in discussing the possibility of forming a Volunteer Respite Club or Cooperative. There are some in existence in the United States, and we will review how they are serving those in need and what is needed to organize such a program. All interested in discussing and researching this possibility more as whole heartedly invited to join the conversation. Dr. Willfahrt will provide a detailed overview of this topic.
