Many will remember last year's popular cooking class "Cooking For One" brought to an appreciative audience featuring Chef Lisa Rinnus from Fountain View whose presentation was entertaining as much as it was informative. Get ready because Chef Lisa is back with a new class focusing on how to cook once and eat twice (or more) without turning on the oven, perfect for the hotter summer months. She will demonstrate how to prepare multiple dishes using the same core ingredients, saving on money and trips to the grocery store under the sultry sun!
