Description
Work it out with the FHYC at the upcoming "Back to School - Pound & Play" event!
This fun social event is brought to you by Ekklesia Fit and will feature a fun and physical 60 minute Pound workout class. Attendees will rock out to awesome music with weighted drumsticks leaving all with a fun and unique exercise option.
Following the Pound class, attendees are invited to head across the parking lot to Saddle Bronc for a social happy hour for refreshments.
If you would like to attend the event, please register online. Payment can be handled by bringing $10 cash to the event, or, send $10 Zell payment to ekklesiafit@gmail.com.
