Fountain Festival Nonprofit Row - Fall 2022

Nonprofit Row is a designated area in the Fountain Festival of Fine Arts & Crafts show where approved nonprofits may set up a table/booth for FREE.   Please read further to review the NEW regulations!!
Space is limited and will be first come first serve.  
Registration is REQUIRED and FREE.  
Please do not register until your organization is certain that someone will be there to setup, manage and take down your table or booth for the entirety of the Fair.  This registration is for a 10x10 space at the Fountain Festival.    No other supplies are provided.  Soliciting throughout the Festival is not allowed.  We encourage attendees to attend Nonprofit Row to learn more about your organization.  

*****In an effort to retain the complimentary booths for local nonprofit organizations detailed as Nonprofit Row at the Fountain Festival of Fine Arts and Crafts, both Spring and Fall, the following policy change is effective as of March 9, 2022

Nonprofit Row Rules & Regulations

 
  1. Registration is REQUiRED for Nonprofit Row

  2. Local Nonprofit Organizations must be Fountain Hills Based Nonprofits or serve the FH Community

  3. Nonprofits whose mission, goals, or current projects are political in nature are not eligible to register.

  4. No hawking is allowed.  Any person representing a nonprofit must remain in their own booth at all times.  Standing out front of the booth and walking near other booths for the purposes of your organization is not allowed.   

  5. All garbage must be disposed of and all materials/tents etc must be removed at closing time on Sunday 

  6. No selling of items.  Nonprofits may offer an item for a donation. 

  7. Any complaints about a nonprofit booth will be investigated. If a nonprofit booth is found to be violating these guidelines the nonprofit will be asked to leave.  Zero tolerance is in place for those not following these guidelines.

  8. Chamber staff and Board of Directors have final authority to approve or deny any participant.

  9. Full numbering and check-in system required

Fountain Festival is held on Friday and Saturday, November 11th & 12th from 10am-5pm as well as Sunday, November 13th from 10am-4pm.

Location

Saguaro Blvd between Parkview Avenue and Palisades where space is available beyond artist and sponsor booths.
