Fountain Hills Health Walk 2024
Join us for the Fountain Hills Health Walk on October 12th from 9am-12pm! This FREE event is open to all residents, and it's the perfect opportunity to connect with local health professionals and businesses while taking a stroll around downtown.
As a resident, you'll check in at the Chamber Information Booth the day of, no pre-registration is involved and receive a commemorative bag, water, and passport. Use your passport to collect stamps or stickers from participating health professionals and local experts, and turn it in at the Chamber booth to earn a raffle ticket for $1000's of dollars in gift drawings!

On Saturday, October 12th, the Avenue of the Fountains will come alive with dozens of your local Health Service businesses pop-up shops joining the Avenue for this special occasion. We invite you to come and be a part of it!
As you attend, you'll receive a Chamber FH Health Walk Passport that unlocks a world of discovery. This passport is your ticket to explore over 25 Health Service businesses, all right here in your community. Get your "stamp" at each stop and learn more about these local businesses that are dedicated to your well-being. And here's the best part: those who complete the Health Walk passport by visiting all 25 locations will have the chance to win some amazing prizes in our giveaway!
