Are you hungry for the next cooking class at the Fountain Hills Community Garden? Join us on Saturday, October 1st at 9am. We are featuring Chefs Chris and Tanner from Sipps Eatery here in Fountain Hills. Bring your own chair as we expect a good crowd! This is a FREE class open to the community. Mark your calendar.
The featured items are:
Berry Blast has banana, blueberry and orange juice.
Mango Tango Smoothie has banana, strawberry, orange juice or oat milk.
Artesian Botanical Tea has a bright burst of all natural hibiscus, honey bush, and green rooibos that's finished with strawberry. It's packed with naturally occurring electrolytes and antioxidants.
Watermelon and Feta Cubes topped with Mint that's added for several health benefits which include antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and the balsamic drizzle adds a burst of flavor.
Hummus with fresh cut carrots, squash, radishes, green beans, and bell peppers which is packed with vitamins and minerals for dipping. Hummus has been linked to impressive health benefits.
