This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your business, attract new customers, and engage with the community brought to you by the FH Chamber and it’s Industry Stakeholder Forum, The Avenue Merchants Association (TAMA).

- Review the Rules and Regulations
- Register to Save Your Space within the Quadrant that Your Business is In.
- Place Your Wine Order with Deposit
- Prepare Promotional Materials and Invite Your Friends
- Plan for Food Pairings, Staffing and Themed Decor
- Plan How to Collect Leads (newsletter sign up, raffle for drawings, giveaway, etc)
- Pick Up Wine Order before the Thursday Before the Event
- GET READY TO HAVE A GREAT TIME!
Wine Walk Quadrants are Prescheduled for the 24-25 Series.

Wine Walk Hosts Must Be Ready to Go by 2:45pm. Event Starts at 3pm Sharp.
Fees/Admission
There is no charge to sign up as a Host.
Wine Walk Hosts take on their own costs for wine, food, decorations, etc. Hosts should consider spending around $200-300 to participate.
The FH Chamber will support all Wine Walks & Hosts in the following ways:
Special Event Town Permit
Special Event Liquor License
Check-in and carding procedures
Wine glasses and wristbands
Check-in station with staff
Information distribution
Additional advertising support (e.g., door flyers/posters, Facebook event page)
Staffing and name tags for greeting guests
Reposting tagged social media content
