I am a Brophy College Prep graduate,as well as a graduate of The University of Arizona.  I have worked in the film/video/entertainment industry since 1989, and opened DayLite Films in 2004.  We are a Rocky Mountain Emmy Award winning company, as well as Lone Star Emmy Nominee, and have clients from Fountain Hills to Chicago to Sydney to Brazil to California and beyond.  There are hundreds, if not thousands of production companies throughout America, and only 30 Major League baseball teams . . . Two of them choose to do business with DayLite Films . . . The KC Royals and Texas Rangers have been out clients for years.  We can produce anything, just ask, and are willing to work with ad agencies, or go client direct.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Karen, born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, is a veteran of law enforcement with a career in the Chicago Police Department and Federal Air Marshal Service  (FAMS) respectively. Karen is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce.
 

During her tenure with the Chicago Police Department she was assigned to Patrol, Plain Clothes Tactical Team (Tac Team), and finally with the Marine/Helicopter Unit. Karen is a PADI Certified Advanced Open Water, Dry Suit, and SCUBA Rescue and Recovery Diver as well as US Coast Guard Certified Merchant Marine Officer. 

During her tenure at the Federal Air Marshal Service she traveled the world amassing over 2 million miles providing covert security and safety to countless passengers and airline crew.

My agency has been in existence for over 40 years. If you can't find me in the office, there is a good chance I can be found trail running or snow skiing. Debbie Clason has more than 40 years experience as a journalist, corporate marketing director and public relations professional.

A graduate of the Indiana University School of Journalism, Debbie has written corporately for healthcare facilities, physicians, pharmacists, travel agencies, golf courses, real estate firms, and nonprofit organizations. Her freelance work has appeared in Family Life Magazine, Sports Illustrated, The Lutheran Witness, Massage Magazine, Weightlifting USA  and Hard Hat Rental Source. 

Debbie works with a variety of business owners to develop customized communication strategies and deliver well-written copy in an effective, economical manner. When she isn't creating content for her clients, you can often find her at the Grand Canyon, soaking up its beauty and creative inspiration.

Jeff is originally from the East Coast.  He spent his younger years on Long Island, NY and his adult years in New Jersey.  Jeff and his wife Pam live in the SunRidge Canyon area of Fountain Hills.
When not conducting business with HomeWatch Neighbor, Jeff enjoys playing golf, pickle ball, hiking and biking.

Jay is one of the top real estate agents in Arizona and 100% focused on his clients success. He also believes in service to others. Jay was elected twice 2008, 2010 as Mayor of Fountain Hills and once 2004 as Councilman. Jay is one of the most respected professionals and community leaders in the area and in addition to being an Elected Official Jay has volunteered and served as:

Originally from West Bloomfield Michigan, Jay's parents John & Dawn Schlum moved the family to Fountain Hills in 1977. The Schlum's were early day Real Estate pioneers and Jay followed in his parents real estate footsteps. 

I was born and raised in Colorado, I received my BA in Psychology at UCCS and MBA in Healthcare Administration at the University of Phoenix. I have several years of experience in sales as I served as the Sales & Marketing Director and a Sales Specialist in the Senior Living industry, where I assisted seniors and their families in making the right decisions regarding what kind of living facility was best for their loved one. Helping find the perfect residential solutions and building trusted relationships remains a passion as I connect easily with people. I am on the Board of Directors for Encore for More Senior Services and volunteer with Honor Flight Arizona and Wreaths Across America. I am a proud member of The Daughters of The American Revolution, dedicated to promoting historic preservation, education, patriotism, and honoring the patriots of the Revolutionary War. I love living in Arizona and spending time with my husband, David, enjoying Arizona.
