We have two grown daughters, one is here in town and one lives in Georgia. Both have become strong beautiful women!!
I have been with Mary Kay for 27 years and have had so much fun & met so many wonderful women!!
The best part of teaching women (and men) how to take care of there skin, and showing them some quick glamour tricks, is when the look in that mirror and realize just how beautiful they really are!

Hello! My name is Tim Spielbusch, and I am the owner of Pearl Nutrition & Energy here in Fountain Hills! My family and I moved here from Ponca City, Oklahoma to start a new life together. We chose the nutrition field because it gives us a sense of fulfillment knowing we are providing a product that can truly help people in their lives. My wife, Sarah, and I have both reaped the benefits of improving our daily nutrition and continue to pursue a healthier lifestyle. We chose Fountain Hills because of the beauty and majesty of the area. I am a local State Farm Insurance agent. I started my career in 1980. I have serviced 1000's of clients with their Auto,Home and small business insurance needs. I'm originally from the home office of Bloomington,Il. I'm a Veteran of the US Army where I was an Officer for over six years. I have achieved several company awards to include Legion Of Honor,Ambassador Travel Qualifier,National Convention Qualifier and Central Arizona GAMA award. I am proud of my Office Manager Penny Logan who has been with me for going on 14 years and brings over 30 years of Insurance knowledge. Mark was the owner of Biermann Homes, Biermann Realty and MB Development for over 20 yrs.  In 2014 Mark and Bridget decided to make a change and go after another passion that did not require the massive overhead of their current business model. They became Independent Agents with First Financial Security and Certified Financial Education Instructors, specializing in working with employers and their employees.

In 2014, the Biermanns became Ambassadors for the city of St Paul. Mark was selected to be 2014 South Wind Prince for the Royal Family.  Also in 2014 First Financial Security (FFS) they have become Diamond Club Members with FFS, members of the Field Leadership Council with FFS, and Co-Founders of the GOALL Program.

Dr. Diamond graduated from Arizona State University with her doctorate in Audiology. Her clinical background encompasses a range of clinical settings. She is skilled at working with a variety of amplification devices and hearing technology. She is passionate about helping her patients through a combination of techniques. She has experience helping patients with all types of hearing difficulties.

Hearing health has been important for Dr. Diamond since an early age. Several of her close friends have hearing loss and she sees the impact that hearing technology has on their lives.

In her free time, Dr. Diamond loves spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and playing with her dogs. She also enjoys spending time with her husband exploring restaurants around the valley.

Jeff is originally from the East Coast.  He spent his younger years on Long Island, NY and his adult years in New Jersey.  Jeff and his wife Pam live in the SunRidge Canyon area of Fountain Hills.
When not conducting business with HomeWatch Neighbor, Jeff enjoys playing golf, pickle ball, hiking and biking.

Just a little about me, I am a Father of three Beautiful Girls (Michelina) who is in here third year at ASU Barrett's honors and here major is Biomedical and engineering, I am sooo proud of here!! (Andrea) who is a sophomore at Basis Scottsdale, and our little surprise (Gianna) who just turned six on 8-15-19. My wife has been working for Basis for the past 12 years.

Me and my Beautiful wife Danielle and my Girls have lived in fountain Hills for the past 8 years, I have a back ground in electrical, plumbing and HVAC, Cooling and Heating. I am proud to be apart of the Mason Mechanical team for the past 7 years. Karen, born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, is a veteran of law enforcement with a career in the Chicago Police Department and Federal Air Marshal Service  (FAMS) respectively. Karen is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce.
 

During her tenure with the Chicago Police Department she was assigned to Patrol, Plain Clothes Tactical Team (Tac Team), and finally with the Marine/Helicopter Unit. Karen is a PADI Certified Advanced Open Water, Dry Suit, and SCUBA Rescue and Recovery Diver as well as US Coast Guard Certified Merchant Marine Officer. 

During her tenure at the Federal Air Marshal Service she traveled the world amassing over 2 million miles providing covert security and safety to countless passengers and airline crew.

A former police officer with over 15 years of law enforcement and military experience.

In the USAF, where Josh was a member of the Tactical Response Force providing security for nuclear weapons convoys.
 

Josh is a Firearms Instructor and Patrol Rifle Instructor. Lastly, Josh is a Federal Law Enforcement Active Shooter Instructor and member of the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors.
 

Josh has a passion for teaching. Whether it's teaching citizens in safe and responsible gun ownership, carrying, and/or self defense or law enforcement officers in sound tactics to ensure they return home safely, he enjoys every opportunity to teach.
