I've been in the insurance industry since 1989. I worked for State Farm Corporate for 10 years before being promoted as a Life/Health Specialist in AZ in 1998 with State Farm. It was in 1998 that I moved my family to Fountain Hills, AZ. After 2 years in my new position, I decided that I wanted to open an agency where I live and my kids attend school. The opportunity to become an American Family Agent was offered to me in October of 2000. I opened a 'scratch agency' and joined the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce on Day 1!! My agency has grown through my marketing and networking efforts paired with my knowledge and support of well qualified licensed staff. Karen, born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, is a veteran of law enforcement with a career in the Chicago Police Department and Federal Air Marshal Service  (FAMS) respectively. Karen is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce.
 

During her tenure with the Chicago Police Department she was assigned to Patrol, Plain Clothes Tactical Team (Tac Team), and finally with the Marine/Helicopter Unit. Karen is a PADI Certified Advanced Open Water, Dry Suit, and SCUBA Rescue and Recovery Diver as well as US Coast Guard Certified Merchant Marine Officer. 

During her tenure at the Federal Air Marshal Service she traveled the world amassing over 2 million miles providing covert security and safety to countless passengers and airline crew.

In the USAF, where Josh was a member of the Tactical Response Force providing security for nuclear weapons convoys.
 

Josh is a Firearms Instructor and Patrol Rifle Instructor. Lastly, Josh is a Federal Law Enforcement Active Shooter Instructor and member of the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors.

Fusion Fine Art is an Art Gallery that features two main artists': Denise Kilmer and Bradley Donaldson.  Their art has been described as very contemporary.  Ms. Kilmer paints large expressive paintings using oil paints and Mr. Donaldson is known for using polymer resins on wood panels to create unique abstract works of art.
