About NPOA: The Neighborhood Property Owners’ Association of Fountain Hills, Arizona, Inc. (NPOA) was formed as an Arizona nonprofit corporation in 1992 by Fountain Hills residents dedicated to preserving the beauty of local neighborhoods by upholding the development guidelines initiated by McCulloch Properties, the master developer of Fountain Hills.

NPOA Office Manager Position

The NPOA of Fountain Hills is looking for an experienced professional to immediately serve as its Office Manager. This full-time role is central to driving the mission and effectiveness of the organization and is based in the NPOA’s office in Fountain Hills.

Reporting to the Executive Committee of the NPOA Board of Directors, the individual in this role will act as the main liaison between the public and the NPOA for questions and permitting, assist with Board governance and Board meeting preparation and lead day-to-day operations of the NPOA organization.

Qualifications: An ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service and/or customer facing roles with excellent written and oral communication skills and is a self-starter. Additionally, candidates should have firsthand budget management experience including aiding in budget preparation, analysis, decision-making and reporting. Strong proficiency in basic computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Drop Box a must. QuickBooks knowledge a plus!

Preferred but not required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least two-years of management experience and prior communications roles. Public speaking skills a plus!

Compensation: $45-$48k depending on experience plus benefits

Office hours for the role are 8-3PM, Monday through Friday. Very family-friendly schedule!
