Roofing Sales Representative / Project Manager
We are looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives / Project Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through direct door-to-door outreach, closing sales, managing roofing projects, and creating great experiences for home and business owners.
No prior roofing experience? No problem. We have some of the best professionals in the industry ready to train and support you.
This is a W2 + commission-based position, meaning you’ll work as an employee of United Contracting Group with uncapped earning potential. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy direct sales, and have strong organizational skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
$40,000 per year + Uncapped Commission (35% - 60% job profit, based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Managing Office-Assigned Clients – Handle existing clients, referrals, and company-generated leads to ensure follow-up and successfully close sales.
Lead Generation – Conduct door-to-door outreach, build referral networks, and generate new business opportunities.
Sales & Client Acquisition – Educate homeowners and businesses on our roofing services and products, conduct inspections, and provide estimates.
Customer Relationship Management – Build trust, maintain communication, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Project Oversight – Serve as the main point of contact for customers, coordinate with crews, and manage project timelines.
Documentation & Contracts – Prepare contracts, manage payment schedules, and oversee project-related paperwork.
Problem Solving – Address any customer concerns quickly and professionally.

Prior sales experience (door-to-door, direct sales, or similar) is a plus but not required.
Experience in construction or roofing is helpful but not necessary—we will train the right candidate.
