Aesthetic Elegance & Wellness is a full-service luxury medspa located in Fountain Hills, and we are growing! We are looking for a talented and experienced Master Lash Technician to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to grow into full-time as your clientele builds.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled lash artist who is passionate about beauty, client care, and delivering exceptional results. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, reliable, and thrives in a professional, high-end environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a lash technician
- Current Arizona Cosmetology License (required)
- Eye lash extensions, eyelash lifts and tints
- Brow shaping, tinting and lamination
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace
- Confidence in recommending and selling skincare products
