Tait D. Elkie is an Arizona attorney who has dedicated his career to serving clients, veterans, and his community with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to justice. Licensed since 2002, he represents clients in personal injury, estate planning, probate and trust administration, criminal and DUI defense, business matters, and civil litigation.
Before practicing law, Tait proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Sergeant and deploying in support of Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Restore Hope. Tait has also served his community as a Fountain Hills Town Councilmember and Vice Mayor and in leadership roles with local civic organizations. He currently serves as Senior Vice Commander of American Legion Post 58, is a member of VFW Post 7507 and Marine Corps League Detachment 1439, and serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for the East Valley Regional Veterans Court.
