Mark was the owner of Biermann Homes, Biermann Realty and MB Development for over 20 yrs.  In 2014 Mark and Bridget decided to make a change and go after another passion that did not require the massive overhead of their current business model. They became Independent Agents with First Financial Security and Certified Financial Education Instructors, specializing in working with employers and their employees.

In 2014, the Biermanns became Ambassadors for the city of St Paul. Mark was selected to be 2014 South Wind Prince for the Royal Family.  Also in 2014 First Financial Security (FFS) they have become Diamond Club Members with FFS, members of the Field Leadership Council with FFS, and Co-Founders of the GOALL Program.
2020 Joined FH Chambers, and are Ambassadors for the Chamber
