About Us

Originally from Southeast Alaska, and born into a commercial fishing family, Solveig has never been a stranger to hard work. After high school is when she had her first introduction to Arizona by attending Scottsdale Community College, even being recruited to play soccer. GO Artichokes! Life then took her to Western Washington where she raised two boys and started her real estate career. Quickly becoming one of the top agents in her area.

Fast forward a few years, Solveig expanded her real estate career by starting a staging company, complemented by a home decor store that housed her real estate office in Bellingham, Washington. It was there she created her personal lifestyle brand (The Real Estate Stylist - now the name of her Company) and led in the staging of over 100 homes for sale.

Wanting to expand her personal real estate portfolio and stretch her design legs, she purchased a home in Scottsdale that she used as a successful part time Airbnb. Quickly deciding Arizona was to be her permanent home, she began selling and furnishing short term rentals full time in Arizona.

Outside of work she loves adventuring with her family, hanging with her yorkie Blu, traveling and personal interior design/renovations.
