I began my sommelier training in 1996 with Marriott Hotels, and since then, I’ve immersed myself in the world of wine. My journey started in Burgundy, France, where I trained under a Master Sommelier, refining my palate and expanding my knowledge. I spent five years in London and Cardiff, working in top UK hotels and helping guests navigate wine with ease.
I believe wine should be fun and approachable, not overcomplicated. My goal is to guide people through exceptional wines in a way that’s engaging, educational, and always welcoming—no wine snobbery here!
I’ve called Fountain Hills home since 2021, living with my wife, Dana, and our Boston Terrier, Lucy. When I’m not hosting tastings, you might catch me performing in local theater. And of course, you’ll always get a proper British accent with your tasting—along with a few laughs!
