Core Challenge Workout - July First Friday Special Event

We were grateful for the amazing support we received for our inaugural First Friday event last month. I must give a shout out to everyone that survived the crazy-difficult Booty Builder workout.  I threw everything I had at you guys and you all made it through with flying colors! Debbie Romano @fountainhillshealthyheartbeats did an incredible job leading the special story time meditation. The delicious, homemade protein bites at the end of the workout were worth the price of admission. 

In July, we’ve decided to do it again! This time, we’re going to focus in on all the different muscle groups that make up a strong and resilient core. Our Core Challenge workout will hit your abdominals from every possible angle to guarantee you walk out of the studio feeling stronger. 

We’ll follow up all the hard stuff with a relaxing coloring mediation. We’ll provide everything you’ll need to create a spectacular work of art that you will be proud to stick up on your refrigerator.  

We’ll make the coloring meditation even more relaxing by providing some amazing after-workout refreshments.  Debbie will be making her amazing dark chocolate pomegranate bark to snack on during the intense art session.  We’ll finish it all off with a celebratory champagne toast to kick off the weekend in style!
