Pool Server
About the Role:
As a Pool Server, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by providing attentive and courteous food and beverage service in a poolside environment. Your primary objective is to ensure guests feel welcomed and well-cared for while enjoying their time by the pool. This position requires maintaining a clean and organized service area, promptly taking and delivering orders, and anticipating guest needs to exceed expectations. Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hospitality or poolside setting.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in an outdoor environment.

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and orders.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide menus, explaining available food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders and deliver food and drinks promptly to guests at poolside seating areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside service area, including tables and service stations.
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely service and resolve any order issues.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately when required.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
